Nikita Rudin is the co-founder and CEO of Flexion, a company building the general-purpose "brain" for humanoid and human-capable robots. Flexion has raised over $57M from DST Global Partners, NVentures, and others. Before founding Flexion, Nikita was a researcher at NVIDIA, where he was part of the team behind Isaac Gym and Isaac Lab—simulation tools now widely adopted across the robotics industry. He completed his PhD at ETH Zurich's Robotic Systems Lab, where his research on large-scale reinforcement learning, control systems, and robotic simulation laid the foundation for Flexion's autonomy stack.
