Terry is also a founding researcher in the field of computational neuroscience, as well as the annual Telluride Neuromorphic Cognition Engineering Workshop. In our conversation, we dive deep into the world of spiking neural networks, discussing brain architecture, the relationship of neuroscience to machine learning, and ways to make NN's more efficient through spiking.
