Disha Singla is a Senior Director of Machine Learning Engineering for the Data Insights organization at Capital One. She leads a team of data scientists, machine learning and software engineers as they work to democratize machine learning across the enterprise. Prior to Capital One, Disha worked at Intuit, Sony and Neustar, among other companies. Because of her strong passion for the entire lifecycle of data, Disha continued to organically grow and became a leader in that space. She received a master’s degree from San Diego State University in Computer Science and a second master’s degree in Data Science & Engineering from University of California in San Diego.
