Connect with William

William is an APS fellow and has made exceptional contributions to neutron scattering studies of the magnetic order and spin dynamics in multiferroic materials. William is an early adopter of data science techniques and have been employing AI and ML in his research work; he also sits on the executive committee of APS Topical Group on Data Science (GDS). William received his PhD from Rutgers University.

Conference Sessions

TWIMLfest  2020
This session aims to connect and advocate for physicists in data science. We will be discussing cutting-edge data science applications in physics research, data science education approaches in the physics curriculum, as well as how physicists with AI/ML experience can transfer their skill sets to careers in industry.
