Ashley is a member of technical staff at Runway. She was previously a senior research scientist at Google DeepMind working on reinforcement learning and foundational world models. Ashley received her PhD in 2019 from Georgia Tech, where she worked on developing models that could infer latent actions, rewards, and policies from videos. Previously, she spent time at Google Brain as an intern and as a research scientist at Uber AI Labs. Ashley received her B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Georgia in 2011.
