Jose Ochoa leads Educational Programs at TWIML. He brings over 15 years of education, management, and executive leadership experience to the team. He also shares a passion for data science and machine learning with the TWIML community and was first introduced to TWIML by participating in the AI Enterprise Workflow study group hosted by Sam Charrington. In addition to his work with TWIML, Jose possesses an avid love for the arts (in particular music) and loves supporting his hometown teams (the White Sox and Bulls).

We'll discuss how to identify the knowledge or skill gap to be addressed in your course, the steps to refine the scope and timeline of that course, useful tools and resources, best practices, and more.
